Meet Melanie
I have been teaching yoga since 2014, with a deep focus on women's health, yin, and restorative practice.
Over the years, my training has grown to include nervous system regulation, somatic healing, pranayama, and fertility and prenatal yoga.
The classes here are slow and grounded, designed for women who are ready to listen inward, work with their bodies rather than against them, and build a practice that actually fits their lives.
